Royal Marine Associations are active branches all over the country and overseas to keep members in touch with one another. Belonging to the Royal Marines Charity our Royal Marine family support tree is an integral part of the 'Corps Family'.
Each Corps unit holds its branch.
The role of the Royal Marines Association (RMA) is to maintain and promote esprit de corps and comradeship amongst all Royal Marines and their families, past and present.
It is here every serving or veteran Royal Marine along with their families in need can receive preventative and reactive benevolence support and employment support to Royal Marines who are compulsorily discharged or who find themselves in need as veterans.
Almost £21M has been distributed in grants across the Corps Family so far - Now that's a hoofing effort!
The Royal Marines Charity | RMA provides lifelong support to the Royal Marines Family.
As the time is coming upon us to Remember our fallen, many RMA'S countrywide will hold parades. However, for those wanting to spend this occasion abroad in the sunshine, there will be a few RMA'S across the pond welcoming the Royal Marines Community:-
RMA - MALTA G.C 🇲🇹
7th - 14th November 2024 . Please contact Yorkie Burrows for further details on hotels and schedules.
RMA - GIBRALTAR 🇬🇮
9th - 10th November 2024. As is customary, there will again be a Royal Marines gathering in Gibraltar to mark this occasion and to commemorate two important milestone for the Corps – the 360th anniversary of the founding of the Corps and the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
The weekend will commence with a Royal Marines parade on the Saturday afternoon at the Royal Marines Memorial in Ocean Village in Gibraltar. That evening will see us all at an informal dinner with our wives, girlfriends, family members, partners and any privately invited guests. This will be held once again at Bianca’s in Ocean Village.
Lots going on over the few days ...
